Job Title: Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) — Full Time (3–4 days/week, Saturdays optional)

Position Summary:
We’re seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist to work 3–4 days per week (Full Time). You’ll provide high-quality therapeutic and relaxation massage services while collaborating with our team to grow your client book.
Key Details:
- Schedule: 3–4 days per week (flexible scheduling)
- Compensation: Starting commission 50% + tips
- Experience: Minimum 3 years professional massage experience required

Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional massage therapy services
- Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes
- Participate in mentorship and team meetings as needed
- Support client retention and new client booking efforts through professional service and follow-up
- Adhere to sanitation, safety, and professional standards
Requirements:
- Active IL massage therapy license (or appropriate state license)
- Minimum 3 years clinical/professional experience
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
