The Cabana Crew provides excellent service to all guests enjoying our beach amenities. They provide excellent customer service and oversight of all beach operations, while focusing on proper handling and maintenance of equipment.
Cabana Crew applicants should be customer service driven, attentive, hard working, punctual, able to work long hours, weekends and holidays. Applicants should be able to carry a minimum of 50 lbs over long distances repeatedly, and work well in a team environment, great communication skills are a must.
A typical day would be getting to work early and setting up the beach with all of the beach chairs along with making sure the beach/pool areas are well kept and set up as needed for the members. Help beach club members with their personal needs at the beach or on their court. Bring members their food orders. Assist members upon arrival and departure from the club.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensures customer satisfaction and positive relations through daily interaction with all guests
Delivers and promotes prompt, courteous and friendly service to all guests and employees
Prepare and maintain cleanliness of the beach area, removing all trash and keeping beach chairs and umbrellas presentable
Deliver excellent service to all guests at the beach, Works in conjunction with the Front Desk Guest Services Concierge, practicing positive communication and teamwork at all times
Operating, maintaining and cleaning beach carts, comfort station and other equipment in a safe manner
Expected to arrive on time, in professional attire, with positive attitude
Qualifications:
Must have the ability to stand/walk throughout the duration of the shift for up to 8+ hours working in all weather conditions
Must pass a drug screen
Ability to lift a minimum of 20 pounds
Excellent guest service skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer knowledge
Must have a strong attention to detail
Adhere to all the opening and closing duties
Available to work a flexible shift, including weekends and holidays
