Additional Schedule Information
- 40 hours/week, normal business hours are Monday - Friday, 8am-4:30pm and Saturday - Sunday, 9am-5:30pm but may change for football and special events.
- May be required to work when the University is closed. May be required to work overtime if business demands.
- Must be able to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays.

Minimum Qualifications
Requires technical knowledge in the field acquired through an apprenticeship, a 2-year degree, or professional certificate. Please contact your Human Resources office for an evaluation of education/experience in lieu of the required minimum qualificaitons.

Position Summary
This position is responsible for supporting housekeepers and laundry personnel. Responsibilities include stocking housekeeping closets with linen and supplies, delivering linen and supplies to housekeepers, and removing dirty linens and trash from hotel rooms. This position also assists with laundry responsibilities such as sorting, washing, drying, and folding linen and towels. This position is responsible for providing outstanding customer service and contributing to the success of the housekeeping team.

Physical Demands
This is a physically demanding position. Employees stand/walk for long periods of time; climb stairs; reach, bend, stoop, kneel, squat, and work with hands; encounter dust, hair, lint, and dirt; smell odors to identify the source to clean; work in small/tight spaces (between beds and walls in hotel rooms, storage closets, etc.); lift or move at least 30 pounds; and push/pull wheeled carts weighing up to 75 pounds.
